It is easy to understand why we are so often confused about colour and how we physically and mentally react to it. How many times do we look in the mirror and think to ourselves "it doesn't look right or feel good about what l am wearing". Why do certain colours not compliment us?

Well, each of us possess our own individual colouring characteristics that are determined at birth, through our own personal eye, hair and skin colouring. Changes may occur through sunbathing, illness or ageing, but genetically it remains the same.

And whilst certain shades of colour will compliment and enhance you, others will have an adverse effect.
